I’ve spoken about the relationship between fear and excitement before, haven’t I?

Flip sides of the same coin. Energetic equivalents of sorts.

That which excites, elicits.

Does this have some evolutionary purpose?

I’ve noticed people like to use words. I’m sort of the opposite.

I would rather listen.

Not always to the content of speech, though I do attend to that.

I like to listen beyond the words. What is it that is being communicated here?

I wonder.

There is a futility to the use of language as art.

To what end? For what purpose?

Does art require justice for its existence in our world?

Lord, I hope not.
